Terms and Conditions
1. Tickets and Entry

Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including artist cancellations or changes to the lineup.

Resale Policy: Tickets may be resold at face value. However, the Festival Organisers and the Venue (The Gaiety/South Parade Pier) take no responsibility for private transactions or the validity of resold tickets.

Right of Admission: The organisers and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose conduct is deemed unruly, offensive, or a risk to public safety.

Age Policy: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. A valid "Challenge 25" policy will be in operation at all bars.
2. Artist Lineup and Performance

Schedule Changes: While we aim to deliver the published lineup, all artists and stage times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Media & Recording: By entering the festival, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed by our official Media Partners (including DC Brown, Southbound 615, etc.). This content may be used for promotional purposes.
3. Venue Rules (South Parade Pier / The Gaiety)

Prohibited Items: No outside food or drink (including alcohol) may be brought into the venue. No illegal substances, weapons, or items deemed dangerous are permitted.

Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue and are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Re-entry: Re-entry is permitted for weekend and day ticket holders provided their wristband remains intact and untampered with.
4. Safety and Liability

Personal Property: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Festival Organisers and Venue accept no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Sound Levels: High decibel levels are expected. Attendees are encouraged to wear ear protection, especially near the stage areas.

Medical Awareness: If you feel unwell or see someone in distress, please notify a member of the security team or festival staff immediately.
5. Force Majeure

In the event of a full festival cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organisers' control (e.g., extreme weather, national emergency, or pier closure), the organisers will communicate the next steps regarding ticket validity for future dates.
