Attending the Festival
Where can I park?
The venue has no car park due to the location. There is lots of on street parking around the seafront (see map for more details) the seafront parking can be purchased via the Ringo app.
There is also a vast array of residential street parking which is free however there are restrictions between 11am and 1pm and 6pm - 7pm (please check signage for exact timings).
Parking is undertaking at the drivers own risk and the venue takes no responsibility for any damage, theft or costs incurred through parking.
Are dogs welcome?
Due to the festival being indoors and the volume of attendees we can not have dogs within the festival venue unless they are registered assistance dogs.
Can I bring the children?
Yes! Children are very welcome and we have a reduced ticket price system for children. If children do attend they are to be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times. We have photographers and videographers at the event and their have their equipment out within the main auditorium so the expectation is that children will not be left to run around.
Is there food and drink?
The venue has a full bar and kitchen. A menu is devised for the festival which has previously included meals such as nachos, burgers, pizza, hot dogs with vegetarian, vegan, non diary and non gluten containing ingredient dishes. As with all establishments there is always a risk of cross contamination in the kitchen.
What time can I arrive?
Doors open at 12pm each day so you are welcome to arrive then.
What time is last entry?
Last entry to the event is 9pm on Saturday and no restrictions on the Sunday due to the earlier finish.
